Agree with this soooo much!! These 30 day challenges are stupid , get some weight on your neck and do a reasonable amount and I guarantee you'll get better results!!

I've taken note and next time between my sets, I shall sit with my eyes closed! I am always looking around and staring out of curiosity as to what others are doing and seeing if I would benefit from it. I fear more that people think im checking them out than criticising them lol

That's a pretty cool word!!! Anyway op just remember they were all once new! A lot of people mistake the gym for some place where everyone judges everyone , but in reality I think everyone is way to busy with what they are doing to even care about what others get upto or how fit people are :happy:

I do weighted squats and I can happily say that doing 100 bodyweight squats would kill me... Go on YouTube and get some ideas what to do! I started on 5 kg with all my movements, some I still use 5kg as it really does depend what you're doing with it to how fatigued you get :)

I only ever try to help my work out when lifting ... you'll usually see me sat in the gym car park downing a can of red bull or some High caffeine drink! So I would also be interested to see what others say :)

I dunno but the best way to boost metabolism I'd say is gain muscle by lifting weights ... cardio is good but you only burn calories whilst actually doing it but with weight training you could potentially be still burning calories 36 hours after :)

I've just realised you eat back your calories , try only eating back half .
