  • I have had the same issue for at least four days. This is the worst I've seen in 8 years. May be time to move on.
  • Amazon75: You are my new Inspiration.
  • I'm proof you can do it without the exercise - not proud of that, but it is what it is. Lost 65 in March to basically August. Now maintaining and gearing up to hit it again - with exercise.
  • 62 here. Program has worked pretty well for me. Learned a lot about food and myself (neither is a pretty story) Bob
  • The world is full of fools. You seem to be related to one. It's their problem, let it go.
  • Force yourself to post your food everyday - costs nothing and doesn't hurt a bit. I found that process alone helps me make better choices about food. My exercise motivation sucks, but my food intake keeps me moving down.
  • Like the above. Go to the Police and ask for help. Get a restraining order. Report the violations the second she sees him. I know that in some communities (and States) the authorities are not particularly helpful. But at least she has a pattern of requests for help if she or anyone else ends up putting a hole in him. • Good job! Congratulations.
  • To the extent heavy people watch and gain inspiration I think it is good, but my fear is that there are a lot more viewers laughing their *kitten* of at the fat "clowns" and that bothers me. Most "reality" shows bother me for what it says about viewers. I think American's would line up to watch executions, drunks abused or…
  • It's maybe the thing that keeps us from chucking the whole thing and going back to the bad old days. Don't beat yourself up, I use the system daily and look at the calorie graph each day or two - I can see if I'm starting to slide.
  • I agree with everyone that said "Just start logging your food." The answers start to become obvious. I am the worst one to offer advice, because my habits are terrible, but I found Oberto Thin Sliced Beef Jerky helpful when I started, 3oz package 210 calories. I'd put 4 or 6 pieces by my computer (work area) - put the rest…
  • My guess is that you are seeing it but denying it, maybe because you aren't yet where you want to be. Losing 24% of your total weight is a pretty major accomplishment. Take your successes where you can so that you stay on track. Don't make me do that "It didn't go on overnight" speech. In your head you know the losses are…
  • Congratulations on both counts. Proud of you! Bob Well-trained reflexes are quicker than luck. ~Author Unknown
  • When I go out, I drink Diet Coke. It was a pain early on but now it works for me and no fears of a DUI. If I had done more of that when I was 19 I wouldn't have such a long way to go. If I choose to drink, Jack Daniels and Diet Coke is a lot less than any of the fruit drinks.
  • Some of us wish we had that problem.
