I started this today too. I was sooooo glad to get through it. I was weak most of the day but WOW how powerful the feeling to have accomplished something so hard. Now here's to being able to walk tomorrow. :bigsmile:

Garden Grilled Veggies Zucchini, Yellow Squash, Onion, Asparagus, Cherry Tomatoes, Pepper, Mushrooms and whatever else you may want to add.... Drizzle w/ Olive oil and salt & pepper to taste Grill on med high heat until tender. Plumpinky that's one of my favorite ways to eat my veggies!

Not to steal the thunder from your topic BUT I'm just starting the c25k routine and finished up my first week.
