This may have been discussed previously but I just started Orange Theory. I can't get the HRM to work correctly so I have no idea really how many calories I'm burning. Anyone familiar?
I'm curious about protein shakes. Is it important to be adding these in while trying to loose weight? Can anyone provide information for me?:huh: :huh:
I sure wish someone would start a new challenge for August. Anything NOT too tremendously overwhleming. I always do better if I feel like I'm on a team and have that extra motivation to get me going. :)
