I've been struggling with my plateau the last 3 weeks. The scale had not moved until this morning. I do know that I lost an inch total through that plateau. I find that I'm getting pretty bored with Miss Jillian though and starting to dread seeing her face in the mornings. I still have 2 more weeks if I'm to complete the whole 30 days.…

So I did better than I was hoping by a few ounces. I was at 192.6 this morning. My goal this month has been to be below 190 by my birthday next Sunday the 28th. I was truly doubting it but no doubt about it, I AM going to be there!:happy:

I would definitely use the hrm and if not be very conservative using MFP's counts. I only burn 200-300 using my hrm and that depends on the day. I know it doesn't make sense but it really does because there's so many variables. When I don't use the HRM I use circuit training but only list it as 15 minutes. Good luck!

Hey all! I finished L1D6 this morning. I will admit it is sure easier than day 1 but still difficult. I'm hoping I don't spend the whole 30 days on this level.:frown: I look forward to being able to do the bicycle ab crunches and the butt kicks. Everything else seems to be moving right along.

I should add. The recipie is a little spicy but then I like spicy. You can always tone it down a bit or change the spices to whatever you prefer. :wink:

I've been there done that. Granted I did loose on HCG but at what risk and guess what? I gained it back and more! Doing it the healthy smart way this time and this is a great place to help you. I notice the same thing but I try to watch calorie intake closely that day. I always take the day before my weigh in day off. I find the scales work in my favor better if I do that. Ummmm.....If I watch my calories that is!:wink:

Good point. I have a wonderful husband and wonderful children but this is for me. They will just get to reap some of the benefits. :bigsmile:
