does anyone know what the workout adds to the cal count?

An HRM with a chest strap is the only way to determine that with any accuracy.
Your height, weight, age, effort and weights used are all variables...0 -
i wore my hrm and i did level one and burnt 250 cals but thats me.......0

With my HRM.... I burned on average 153 calories0

I would put it in as circuit or high impact aerobics till you have an HRM. Just my thoughts. I burn 513 on level 1. . measured with my HRM.0

I would definitely use the hrm and if not be very conservative using MFP's counts. I only burn 200-300 using my hrm and that depends on the day. I know it doesn't make sense but it really does because there's so many variables. When I don't use the HRM I use circuit training but only list it as 15 minutes. Good luck!0
