HI peeps! I didn't lose any weight this week however.. I went to try on dresses and I fit into a size 20!! I was trying on lots of 22's and I found one I really liked and it was only available in a 20. The lady said,.. "well go try it on, just don't zip it all the way" huumph I said to my mom.. go ahead,.. zip it all the WAY!!! It ended up fitting really good so I bought it.0

You can't beat Weight Watchers Fresh Veggie Soup :bigsmile:
Ingredients
2 clove(s) (medium) garlic clove(s), minced
1 medium onion(s), diced
2 medium carrot(s), diced
1 medium sweet red pepper(s), diced
1 stalk(s) (medium) celery, diced
2 small zucchini, diced
2 cup(s) green cabbage, shredded
2 cup(s) Swiss chard, chopped (optional)
2 cup(s) cauliflower, small florets
2 cup(s) broccoli, small florets
2 tsp thyme, fresh, fresh, chopped
6 cup(s) vegetable broth or low sodium beef/chicken broth
2 Tbsp parsley, or chives, fresh, chopped
1/2 tsp table salt, or to taste
1/4 tsp black pepper, or to taste
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice, optional
Instructions
Put garlic, vegetables, thyme and broth into a large soup pot. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat; reduce heat to low and simmer, partly covered, about 10 minutes. :flowerforyou:
Stir in parsley or chives; season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Yields about 1 cup per serving.0 -

So I did better than I was hoping by a few ounces. I was at 192.6 this morning. My goal this month has been to be below 190 by my birthday next Sunday the 28th. I was truly doubting it but no doubt about it, I AM going to be there!:happy:0

Hey everyone!! Sorry I have been MIA latley. I've been having an "on again off again" relationship with MFP. I really need to buckle down and do this because I know I can. Monday and Tuesday will be the toughest days this week because I work nights and I often find myslef eating to stay awake. Struggling to get into a routine since going back to work full time, but went to the grocery and plan to work it out this week Congrats on everyone who has made it to Onederland!!! That's somewhere I hope to be someday very soon!!!0

You'll get it. Maybe you just need to change things up a bit. I've been doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and walking/running every night. I find that I'm getting pretty bored with Miss Jillian though and starting to dread seeing her face in the mornings. I still have 2 more weeks if I'm to complete the whole 30 days. :ohwell: I will (:grumble: )hrough it but I did purchase a new Yoga DVD and am excited to start fitting that in somewhere. :bigsmile:0

You are so right! We don't communicate very much, do we? How are you doing? How'd the grocery shopping do? I had a few pound loss each of the last few weeks. I'm so happy about it, but this week.....I've been so busy and so very tired I haven't even gone for a walk After my Dads 50th tomorrow....I'm sure to go! Funny how I miss it.....even a few days! Just wanteing to maintain this week....a one pound loss would be great! What about everyone else? How are you all doing?0 -

I wasn't able to go to the grocery like I had planned, but am working on a list today and hope to go tonight. I never have a lot of terribly bad things stocked in my house which helps a lot! I miss my workouts terribly. I have been working a full time temp job for the last couple of weeks and haven't fit one in. You're doing great and to maintain on an off week is a great goal I'm probably up a couple of pounds, but believe the grocery trip and not working now will help a lot0
