A few of you asked what my workout schedule looked like for this week, so here ya go. Keep in mind, on the days I have C25K, that's approx 2 miles, so the other miles are in addition to the C25K.

What are the numbers after the push up training? How in the world you going to find the time? I'm struggling to find the time to do my 30 Day Shred and C25K with my toddler. :noway:0

Those are the numbers in each set. Small sets make it doable! Usually I'm able to triple or quadruple the average for the set on the last set, where you do your max number. So tomorrow when I'm doing an average of 4 per set, I should at least be able to max between 12 and 16 on my last set.
Time... well, I'm a teacher so I've been on summer vacation. But I start back to work on Thursday, so it's going to be a challenge! But I'm single without children, so it is definitely easier to be selfish with my time. I truly feel for parents!0 -
UMMMM I looked at this and thought WOW. I can NOT believe all that you are doing! HOLY COW!! I am so impressed... I wish I could do all that! And I'm not saying I can't because of having a baby.. I can't because I'm not that strong and do not have that much will power! Way to go, sis! School might be a challenge, but just remember that your MFPs are here cheering you on! :flowerforyou:0
