SOMEONE Start A Challenge For August PLEASE!

I sure wish someone would start a new challenge for August. Anything NOT too tremendously overwhleming. I always do better if I feel like I'm on a team and have that extra motivation to get me going.

I'm doing a drive - by .......
How bout......Drink 1/2 your weight in ouces of water daily? (You weigh 180, drink 90 ounces of water.)
Or.....log every bite you eat....
Or......don't take the elevator or escalator unless you're travelling more than 10 floors.....
Or.....walk for ten minutes after lunch every day.

Thanks for the suggestions! I like the water one defintely. That's something I struggle with every day. I guess the challenge could include numerous items. For instance:
Log in everyday
Post at least one status comment a day
Reply to at least one friends status a day
Exercise for at least 20 minutes a day/ 3 days a week and post
Weigh in weekly and post loss/gain
Share something positive on the message board at least once a week.
How does this sound? I know it can be time consuming but my goal is to keep me on track. I need to commit!0
