  • New to the group: My goals for this month are to 1.) increase water intake 2.) Cut out soda 3.) exercise at least 20 minutes a day 5 days a week
  • New to the group. I'm a working mom who has been overweight far too long.....still holding on to the baby fat, but my babies are 7 and 10. I'm slowly trying to cut out the soda and let go of the snacking.....food is comfort for me. Joining the group looking for some accountability.
