i know results wont happen over night but when do u start to see muscle definition? i feel the muscel building but when do i see it?

completed week 2. feeling alot better and starting to see muscle form and lost 1.5 inches around my waist so far. i didnt measure everything else yet, and havent weighted myself ( which is Killing me)

Today will be my 4th day and i know i shouldnt be weighing myself but i do..... and i have heard that u mostly gain weight the first month but is gaining 1 pound normal for just 3 days?

im 4'11'' and i currently weight 141. my goal weight is 120. im not really petite, i have more of broader shoulders. I seen that for my height it said i should weight between 95 and 105. i was like, yeah right! i would have no butt or boobs or curves

im 4'11'' my starting weight was 160 and now im at 144. i started january 1st and i cant believe the results so fast! ill have to post pics later.

i always chart what i eat and drink, i have lost 14lbs since January 1st. The whole time of me losing weight i would see fluctuations, but i suppose i should probably watch more of carbs, protein and fats i consume. I didnt know if i had to watch the calories and fats seperately, thanks for clarrifying for me but i think…
