How do u figure out an average heart rate to burn calories? is there a calulator?

Yes, just Google it. They have all kinds online, Just enter your info and it will tell you what you need.

hey keke, when you find a good site, can you post it here.......I have wondered the same thing as well........with Cardio, I try to keep mine at 85% of my max heart rate ,which is 160

to find your heart rate, its 220 minus your age
