How do u figure out an average heart rate to burn calories? is there a calulator?

banana bars
i made unfrosted banana bars (to save calories) the other day and i cant seem to find any calorie count of that cuz all the bars i find have them frosted, could anyone figure this out for me???

I did the formula for how many calories i should consume doin Insanity and it says for me to intake 1464 which i am intaking 1200 right now. is that right?

When it is my time of the month i tend to snack a little more than i would normally and should. Is that normal? does anyone else do the same?

Half way reward
when i started my weight loss, i wanted to get a belly button piercing at my half way point. I still have a chubby tummy, should i think of another reward? I dont know if im still to fat to get a peircing?

counting calories with no or little exercise
what does the body look like when someone loses weight without exercise? im curious cuz im one that doesnt like to make myself exercise. and i just want to know if i can have a nice body without the exercise?

is the fats in food counted in with calories? i was just wondering because i ate kinda fatty yesterday but stayed within my calorie limit but still gained .6 lbs? yesterday i had chocolate chip pancakes lunch i had SOS and for dinner i had a Burrito from Taco Bell and Mountain Dew
