Does anyone have a problem seeing the difference in weight loss when looking in the mirror?? but u can totally see a difference when ur in pics??? I have lost 34 pounds

Yes, for some reason I have that disconnect at times. Not necessarily weight-related for me as I'm ok where I'm at. But, I'll look in the mirror before I leave the house, think I'm looking pretty good, and then see a picture of myself afterwards (say, if I was going to a wedding or other event) and think, what happened?! Or, vice versa.
It's interesting and weird how our own eyes can deceive us when we look in the mirror and at pictures of ourselves. Thankfully, we can rely on other measures, such as how our clothes fit or body measurements to help us "see" what we really look like.0 -
I see the difference in the mirror and not as much in pictures too. I've deleted the majority of my progress pictures due to this. I'll think I look good and then take the picture and, nah, don't like it.0
