I had chippy last night and I have to say it was rather disappointing.

I'm 5'3" and set at 1400 calories a day, I'm pretty much under that every day.

I'm just glad that I don't really crave chocolate during my period.

For breakfast I usually have fruit or some cereal, for lunch I have things like poached egg on wholemeal or seeded bread, left over pasta or salad, for tea(dinner) I have things like chicken burgers, jacket potato or pasta.

I'm glad then that it does seem that it'll be my period and not that I've already hit a brick wall!

No, I've just mainly been doing cardio, like working out on the cross trainer, bike and rower.

Apparently my Mum read an article in the paper which said that eating too much fruit is actually bad for you because of all the sugar they contain.

Sorry to make you all crave chips lol, I almost always come under my calorie count anyway, I did originally think of getting them on Friday but I'm going to the Gym so I'll end up thinking that's a waste of working out so maybe tomorrow on my rest day.
