My doctor suggested cycling too.. I have ordered a 2 in 1 cross trainer and bike.. so I might put that to full use when it arrives :happy:

That is exactly what my doctor said.. he said I might just need a couple of weeks rest.. I am just looking for alternatives for the meanwhile..

My injury is just wear and tear from a sudden strenuous workout.. and the fact that my joints are still weak from pregnancy..
