at 5'7 and 127 pounds you seem fine to me. I believe that is health. So to answer your question though you need to eat more. Get up to 1500 cals and eat 6 meals a day. Find healthier foods to eat. It looks like you run enough so you just need to get your diet in check

Yes macros like protein, carbs, fats and how many cals you should be getting for the day. Also how many cals come from protein, carbs, and fats

It is healthy to eat a good HEALTHY breakfast. Try to squeeze 5 more meals in after breakfast, much smaller. Make them healthy such as protien some carbs and a little fat.

You need to geat more then 2 meals. That whole slim fast thing needs to go to the trash. Try to get 6 small meals a day. I would not cut back on cardio, you need to do more then 30mins before you start burning fat. Your dinner is way to much in my opinion. All of that food just sitting there while you sleep is a no go

Do more cardio if all possible twice a day and a hr a day. You will see something then. Also it was said you might be getting muscle in that case you wont see any weight loss do to it weighing more then fat.

that is alot of carbs, now if you are a VERY active preson then this might be okay. I stay high on protien and lower on carbs and fats. i would lower carbs and up protien. i have a 1700 cals 60% protien 20% carbs 20% fats this is for me though. everyone is different the best thing you can do is research alot

Eat 6 meals a day and make your breakfast the biggest out of all of them. Try to get your carbs in your breakfast so you have energy throught the day. Do not up your cals that is just not good. There is no such thing as a healthy microwave dinner. If you truley wanna loose weight you need to cook for yourself. You also need to eat 6 meals a day. I do this and they are all small but they keep me full tell my next meal.

I would drop the milk and with it being chocolate milk i would really get rid of it. Drink alot of water it is much better. I only eat egg whites for my breackfast along with a bowl of oats. How many cals/carbs/fats/pro does it say you should have a day?

Okay im going to disagree to what they are saying about dont diet. Diet is the key to loosing weight along with alot of cardio.
