Yogurt. I can eat greek yogurt with granola, but I tried to choke down strawberry Yoplait the other day, and couldn't finish it. Anything seafood Anything organ Cooked spinach. It's so slimy. Mushrooms.

Thursdays Points: Water - 0 Food - 1 Exercise - 0 Sleep - 0 Total - 1 Weekly Total - 14 Yesterday was not a good day for me either. Really trying to stay on track today. So far so good.

Wednesday Points: Water - 1 Food - 1 Exercise - 2 Sleep - 1 Total - 5 Weekly Total - 13 My favorite snack right now is Pure Protein bars. 20g of protein and only 2g of sugar. They fill me up for a long time. I also love fruit and celery with peanut butter.

188.8 No change from last week which is good considering I was gone and ate out 3 times yesterday.

I really struggled for about a month! I'm still not perfect, but I'm learning. This has been a long process for me. I wake up every morning saying today is going to be a great day. Not all are, but I still wake up with a positive attitude.

I technically started day 1 today, but I am going to consider it day 2. I have started this so many times, but have never finished it. I WILL this time. My son asked me if I was ever going to get to level 2. I don't exercise on Sundays, but I am really looking forward to Monday. SW 190.8

I started this with another group a couple of weeks ago, but I got sick and didn't exercise for a couple of days. I am ready to start it again. I was going to wait until Monday, but I'll start today. It will be good to have other people who are doing it with me. I will do my weight and measurements tomorrow morning.

Seeing my name in green and blue has helped motivate me. I know the scale won't be as friendly this week. I've had sick kids since Thursday, and now I am starting to not feel well. I have had sick kids for the past 5 days, and now I am not feeling well. I'm going to have to concentrate on my food intake, and worry about exercising when I feel better. I may try to walk, but I don't want to do anything too strenuous :( Good luck everyone!
