Chicken and Grape Salad with Pecans
2 cups of cooked and diced chicken or turkey
1 cup of re seedless grapes - cut in half unless they're small
1/2 cup coarsley chopped peacans
6 oz of lowfat lemon (or lime) yogurt
1/4c diced red onion
1/4c diced green pepper
1/4 - 1/2 tsp MS Dash
1/8 tsp black pepper
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl so that chicken is well coated. Refridgerate until serving.
Nutrition infor per serving (makes 6 servings): 120 Cals. 12G protein, 7 gr carbs and 5 gram fat.
