after my last 5lb loss recently I only had to lower my calories by 50 calories according to the tdee calculator I don't think its a massive difference but I would lower it every 5lb

Thanks every one :) Im not quite sure what I need to lose really suppose I will know when I get there, I have been a stone lighter than I am now but not looked far off what I look like now, the difference this time is as well as eating at a deficit I have been going to the gym and doing more weight lifting than cardio…

things like nuts, peanut butter etc. can top up your calories with out eating loads of it to be too full

I was thinking maybe its could be a milk/ dairy thing with it being with yoghurt and porridge with milk but then its not because I can have tea with milk in or coffee or different cereal with milk and be fine, strange body of mine!

Both are right a pound of fat and a pound of muscle DO weigh the same (they are obviously both a pound) but if you go by volume then muscle does weigh more, I don't know why there is always a big debate over it, anyway... 40-50 minutes cardio and 50 minutes, weights arms, legs various and weighted sit up machine, 6 days a week (2 days extra 70 minutes walking)
