  • I know that when I get hungry and I want a snack that is when I go for what is easy... but my new favorite thing is sugar free jell-o. It is so cheap and only 10 calories per serving. I know it is hard to buy all fresh veggies, fruit and meat. Hang in there. Have you also tried tuna or canned chicken? Good luck!

  • Hi! I would suggest that you eat more proteins. That is what my dr. said to do when I am hungry or drink a large glass of water. Sometimes thirst is misunderstood as hunger. Hope this helps!
