I know this doesn't help OP, but ever since I got my Paragard, my life has been so much better. I can't rave about it enough. All the side effects from hormonal birth control are gone, depression/anxiety, low libido, etc. The paragard lasts slightly longer than the smaller hormonal ones which is also a plus for me. I would…

eh, they're okay. I purchased a case when a reviewer said that the crust didn't taste like chicken and it felt/tasted just like a regular pizza.... pft. flase. the "crust" is basically flavorless and has a slight weird chewy texture to it... but the toppings and overall taste in your mouth does taste like pizza. if you…

The buzzfeed article mentioned that it was more like chunks of Snickers. The Snickers Blizzard at DQ was my favorite forever and I've had a hole in my heart ever since they stopped doing it... hopefully this HT flavor will be as good as I'm hoping for! lol

was coming here to post this... I'm pumped for that Candy Bar flavor :D

I love premier protein. I have one for breakfast everyday during the work week.

If you want voice activated fitness tracking, they're coming out with a new health/fitness app called Evolve that lets you do that. It's in the beta stages for iPhone right now I think, but if you download it and then sign up for the wait list, they'll email you a code within a week or so. I know, I know, its not MFP...…

I think more along the lines of... you take the pie thinking you'll like it, but don't actually like the taste/enjoy it. Why force it down to appease someone?

I think WF products are pretty hit and miss. At least for me. The chocolate dip had no taste to me. Like really none. Haha. But I'm always willing to try more from them. It's a great way to cut some calories!

my mom used to eat raw potatoes with salt. She'd just peel and slice them and eat them like chips. MIGHT have had something to do with the fact that she was pregnant at the time, but she'll still occasionally do it to this day.

I get the variety pack of Chocolate, Strawberries & Cream, & Vanilla on Amazon. I love them all! The vanilla is super good with iced coffee. I've wanted to try the caramel and banana cream! Good to know you like the caramel, I might pick it up this week!

Food scale. My estimating was WAY off. lol

I agree that therapy might be beneficial. I don't know what motivates you or what makes things "click" for you- but for me, having my SO tell me that baggier clothes made me look bigger and the fitted clothing made me look nice- helped me feel better wearing clothes that fit me. We're all in this to look and feel better,…

If I would have looked in the background I would have noticed it said TJMaxx. D'oh!

this is amazing. congrats! also... where is that suit from?! I love it.

Thank you! I'm trusting the process and sticking to it! :)

Eggs, rice, cheese, crackers, protein bars (obviously check the ingredients for different brands), protein shakes... maybe? Good luck!

there's no problem with eating the bulk of your calories in the evening. meal timing is just a tool that allows us to better stick to our calorie deficits... that's why a lot of people are fans of intermittent fasting. Whatever works for you to stay under is perfectly fine :)

at 20-25lbs my family & close friends noticed, but no one else so far. I still have 80lbs to go though.
-
Despite the large deficit, I think you'll still need more time to start seeing anything. Like you said, fluctuations, bowel movements, water retention, etc... trust the process! :)

Prelog, prelog, prelog. That combined with meal prep and you're golden!

A grande is 90 calories, the sweetener is 20 calories (per pump), so I'm assuming 70 would have been a safe guess.

^ agreed. Play around with the numbers and see what works for you. If you can lose at 1400-1500 (or even more!) a day, go for it. 1200 sounds like a good idea in theory, but realistically it's just not much food. THAT BEING SAID, I eat around 1100-1300 Mon-Fri and eat closer to maintenance (1800) on the weekends. I'm still…

I have one at work. I stand for 10-20 minutes at a time 2-3 times a day on good days. It helps my posture, my back pain, and I do fidget more when I stand so I guess that adds to activity level but nothing significant. I love it though. Highly recommend if you have the opportunity!

Kraft Mac & Cheese and Rosemary & Olive Oil Triscuits... gah. I could eat the entire box of either one if its in front of me.

There's nothing wrong with adding more variety in your diet. You don't have to cut everything out to lose weight. It seems like you're very focused on only eating certain foods, when in reality you should be focusing on how much of those food you're eating. Once you start to get a feel for weighing your food and accurately…

You can do as much or as little cardio as you want. You don't even have to exercise at all to lose weight, just make sure you're eating at a calorie deficit. But, as was mentioned previously, you still can't control where the fat will come off. You say you don't want to have a muscular butt, but growing your glute muscles…

I love this brand too! Although the Maple Brown Sugar leaves a TON to be desired in my opinion. The Cinnamon Roll flavor is LOADS better.
-
I like veggie straws or lentil chips. To be honest there's not a lot of difference in calories, but the volume of the serving size is much larger. I second what others are saying- if you want them, fit them into your calories for the day. no harm done.
