Just get back on track! Don't punish yourself - life happens & honestly, it's not about perfection, just progress. Live & learn ;) You might also find that after that 5 days of being "off track" will actually help to push you out of your plateau once you get back at it. Good luck!

No need to beat yourself up over overindulging!! Just get back on track today & it'll be all good. You can do it!! We're about the same in height/weight... I got up that high too (not preggo) & got all the way down to about 147lbs (gained about 20lbs+ back over the past 2 years). I don't weigh out my non-starchy veggies any more - I've gotten a pretty good eye for my serving sizes. BUT, I do log them.. so while I might be off a few grams here & there since I'm not weighing, I do still account for them.

I've been doing RIPPED for over a year now & I *love* it!!! Burns a lot of calories & you don't have to be too coordinated to do it ;) Once I started the class, I had tons of people asking if I'd lost more weight - which I hadn't. I had just toned up a bunch!! You should check it out if there's a class in your area!

This is my all-time FAVORITE Sangria recipe!!! I use Captain Morgan rum & cut down the sugar a bit (otherwise it's pretty sweet!).
