does anyone else take R.I.P.P.E.D. classes at their gym?

I am looking to find the calorie count per 60 minute session,...I looked on their website and it just says 750-1000 per 50 minute session...how in the heck am I supposed to know where I fall in that 350 calorie range?? I enter it as Kickboxing and thats 884 cals...Im hopeing im close??

I just asked my RIPPED instructor & it looks like using the 'high impact aerobics' option in the MFP database is closest to what her bodybugg reads0
