Ok, so! 30 days of bun punchin' complete! I lost like an inch off the smallest part of my waist, and 1.5 off of the saggiest part of my belly! Woo!! I definitely feel stronger and motivated to keep going. Good job everyone!!

Hey! I'm always down to be buddies! I'm 24 and have lost 90lbs, still trying to lose 20 more (will reassess then). I'm currently doing 30 Day Shred so I post about that sometimes. I really like having friends to help motivate, so I'll send you a request!

Also having to mod all planks. Hell, I can't even really do a regular old holding still plank. Trying to fight through!

Same here! Day 8 very tired. But done! Getting more and more into squats but those last lunges still killing me!

I've been peeking almost daily, but I think I won't do an official weigh-in until day one of level 2. I'll probably do measurents that day too.

Day 6! My quads hurt less, and my butt hurts more! Haha. Not complaining!

Keep going, everyone! Halfway through level 1! I think I'm getting the hang of squats/lunges. Can get a little deeper now!

I am using 3lb weights and during the last set of lunges/lifts I really have to push to get them to eye level! I'm thinking though that I may switch to 5lbs for the chest rows and rises or whatever we are doing while lying on the ground, haha.
