I'm part of the "eat what you want as long as you're within your calorie range" group. I put everything I eat down, even if it's something "Bad". I still lose weight. I enjoy eating, though so when I can eat way more, say broccoli, than that small 400 calorie piece of cake, it helps me make my mind up.

Biggest shocker has been things like dressings, BBQ sauce, etc that all add up insanely quick. Thankfully I do like mustard..... but something like honey mustard has a ton of calories in it.

I record everything except for if I go out to eat at a local place, something I can't just search and add in. I do make a note of it in my comments for the day though. So nothing I guess.

Well, it being a little wet isn't much excuse. I've been walking to get some exercise in and it's about 20 degrees outside. I kept on walking. Just a few weeks ago it was below 0, kept on walking. All for 70 - 80 minutes. And these temps aren't anywhere near as bad as other folks are getting.

Glad to hear it. I have to say using MFP has helped a lot in me making better choices. Recording what I'm eating and seeing how it reflects on my calorie count helps me rethink eating something that would be completely terrible for me.
