It happens for every guy and every girl. Don't measure yourself against what anyone else is doing. It's your journey, not your journey +1. As long as you're doing what's right for your body, and you're losing weight at the optimum rate for your body, it doesn't matter.

I've come to the same conclusion as everyone else; 1) not meeting suggested sleep 2) amount of carbs. Maybe on those days (and some on the day before if it's a particularly high-impact workout) up your calories some more. You'll feel tons better! Good luck :)

Healthy yes, happily no.

Personally I don't mind diet food if I genuinely LIKE it. I now and then might have a WW meal because I genuinely quite like it, but they're not my sole intake and don't buy them for their calories.

+1 I limit my alcohol intake because I'd rather eat my calories than drink them. I also enjoy wine so much more now because I'm more inclined it savour it. I limit wine to probably once a week now, if that, and with food. Make sure you log it!

Obviously there are times when your stomach growls that you can't get to food. If I have access to food I always try to stave it off with water. If I'm in bed and it's late at night then I'll try and leave it for 30mins to an hour but after that I give in and eat. Usually yoghurt, fruit or walnuts.

You CHOSE to have animals so why complain? Surely you'd get to the 100th pet and think 'okay that's it now'?

What a judgemental website. Whose business is it what in an individual's cart? We might raise an eyebrow if we see six cases of fizzy drink, but to lay them down on a website? I'd be mortified if I felt someone was judging me and my character on my shopping basket. Food stamps or not, it's irrelevant.

If you really want it, you'll put the effort in.

Don't think anyone has mentioned it, but watch out for tapas if you're concerned. Delicious and authentic but dishes like calamari are deep fried and come with heaps of garlic mayo. Watch alcohol calories, keep yourself hydrated with bottled water instead. Take long walks on beach and swim if you have access to a pool- a…

I've lost 27lbs in 4 months on generally 1,200 but sometimes to 1,400. If I'm hungry I eat more, if I'm satisfied I might eat less. Your calorie goals are flexible and probably take some tweaking :) I like being low though because if I want an 1,800 day at maintenance then I don't give it much thought. :)

A lot of items in your diary lack weights. For example Saturday's grilled chicken tenderloins. Go by grams or ouces of how much (ensure you specify raw weight or cooked weight). Even the generic chicken salad is from the database. It's more accurate if you log the amount of chicken consumed the leaves you've eaten; someone…

I alter my calories if I'm eating out. For example, a place near me does awesome chicken wings but the nutritional info includes the creamy blue cheese sauce. I hate blue cheese sauce so tend to reduce the amount consumed to even out calories, but still tend to overestimate.

I've been with my boyfriend for over a year and we've chit-chatted about our views on marriage etc. He's not particularly keen on the idea in general but I'd like to get married one day (way distant future!). But I guess that if I was with my boyfriend for long-term and he still didn't want to get married, would I give the…

Londoner! :)

It's probably just your body adapting in it's own way. I snack on some walnuts a couple of hours before (and some other nuts are effective too) because they aid relaxation apparently. Usually works for me if I've been a little wired because of work. Warm milk can work wonders, or a nice bath? Hope some of these help love :)

If I'm by myself then around 200-300 on cereal or fruit or yoghurt. With family and friends it's a larger chunk instead of having lunch, maybe 500-800 cals sometimes.

Londoner over here :) My weekly shop is at my local Lidl because I know where everything is- I can be in and out in 20minutes with a week's shopping- and it's cheap. I mainly get meat and dairy, and some fruit if on offer. Tesco to fill the gaps like uncommon spices, specific brand items. But more expensive :/ Local market…

You need to do some research online and educate yourself. You aren't giving your body what it wants and needs and until you do educate yourself, you're not going to get very far.

I can't comment on the majority of your post, but to being cold, definitely! I get cold, and my parents call me weird but I'll be wrapped up with the heating on and still cold! Then it's time to break out a cuppa to clutch onto and sip :)

I want that hat! :D

In my opinion a cheat meal or day is only a cheat meal or day if you don't log it. Eat it, log it, own it, next day. I eat whatever I want within reason, plenty of fruit and salad (not massive on veg) and I'm ready to go :)

My thoughts exactly :)

-Less fast food -More exercise -Followed the recommended portion, scale in hand!

-I've completely cut out butter and most oil from my diet. I only have it if I have no peanut butter for my toast, which is virtually never. -Salad dressings like salad cream or caesar dressing, I use vinegar now -Starbucks, I love it but my weekly drink isn't worth it. I only drink them if it's for a social occasion over…
