I enjoy something similar when I'm on the go or need a quick breakfast. I would never use them the way they say to use it. I have an issue with eating breakfast (I hate eating breakfast). so I'll drink one when I'm just not in the mood to eat breakfast.

I'm an emotional eater. so one night I was really feeling low and downed 4 boxes of hot pockets (2 per box). I felt so guilty :(
