  • Courgettes! Cannot stand them. Especially when they're cooking - even the smell makes me want to vom!

  • Try www.fitnessblender.com loads of really helpful workouts, all separated out into body areas. I get my 4 yr old to join in sometimes, when I'm doing squats and lunges - she finds it hilarious. And sometimes I incorporate her into the workout, by lifting her up a few times - great for the arms! Good luck :-)

  • Love eggs - particularly as an omelette (so many exciting fillng options!) and poached. But the best has to be cutting into a perfectly fried egg.....and they are so good for you (eggs as a wholel that is) :-)
