Awesome race bling!

I went straight from 5K to half marathon - don't do it! :P
-
I haven't got any more booked yet, but I'm pretty sure I'll be doing more! I'll just need to do more training next time!
-
I'm currently having butternut squash soup with a roll, but I stir some goat's cheese into the soup. It works surprisingly well

Love: Everything except what's below! Hate: Squid, shellfish (except prawns and scallops), carrots, olives, spaghetti bolognese, lamb, mustard, pickles, celery, cauliflower
-
High protein pancakes, low carb pancake syrup and smoked streaky bacon for breakfast - on nom nom!
-
Cheese, butter, bacon, oil.
-
Tuna sashimi all the way
-
Unsure how unusual it is, but I love peanut butter on a burger

My current playlist is full of camp-as-sin pop music - 90s bubblegum, Bey, Cher, Gaga, Britney etc, RuPaul and other drag queens - coupled with some rock, K-pop, pop punk and dirty electro. I love it!

Neither good or bad, just wrong. I've stuck to full-alcohol ales/ciders on my journey and it's worked just fine! But seriously, wrong. No.

Here's my current workout playlist, updated regularly if you want to follow it. There's lots on there because I just hit shuffle and go! https://open.spotify.com/user/alyxmacabre/playlist/7jHnc4eZQZkZIqLjtnKrXd

You look amazing! And that shirt - My other ride is your face - is the best thing I've seen all day!
-
I reported it and got an email from Facebook saying it didn't violate their community standards. What ridiculous horsesh*t

This isn't Foodbabe but another anti vaxxer. The most ridiculous thing I've seen. Warning: contains potential triggers of abuse. https://www.facebook.com/vaccineinfo/posts/10153193325775891:0

I can very easily eat a sleeve of Jaffa Cakes. I once ate four of them in one go. I was unwell at the time and that was all I ate that day, but still... I have considered trying to break the world record for most Jaffa Cakes eaten in one minute. I think the record is 19 and in my mind that's a piece of cake...or 20 small…

RuPaul does it for me!

I've got one and haven't used it in a while, but mainly because it's winter and I prefer carbier food! In the summer when I had it though, it was brilliant! Love courgette pasta and it makes great coleslaw too.

Two whole eggs scrambled with butter, then a Laughing Cow. Served on toast with fried bacon and ketchup. I cook my eggs the Gordon Ramsay way
-
Twinings do an orange and lotus flower green tea which is delicious. Most green teas are scrummy though, but like someone else has said, don't overbrew green tea coz it does taste awful otherwise.
-
They really are that low calorie, mainly because they're mostly water. However, they stink something awful - you have to really rinse the smell off of them before you could cook with them, and they have quite a slimy texture too.

I used to order a large meat pizza from Dominos with extra dip, garlic bread, Pepsi and cookie dough or doughnuts or whatever they had at the time, and would eat the whole thing. I would feel awful at the end of it, but it didn't stop me. Now, if we do have Dominos, I might still eat 5-6 slices of large pizza, but nothing…

My profile pic and username says it all really...
-
I only did it a handful of times, but at college, I would go to the nearby supermarket, buy their value vanilla cheesecake and eat the whole thing for lunch. It was a good cheesecake too

Coffee is like bacon - always necessary.

Hi, I'm 24 from Brighton. Lost around 3.5 stone since January 2014. Currently eating at maintenance, but will cut again in January 2015 when my new gym opens, lower body fat and gain muscle.

Major bumpage! But as its November this should probably be recovered to find more of us. This is my third Nanowrimo, will hopefully be my second win

I looooove butternut squash! I do soup with it - fry onion and garlic, add the squash cubed, potato and spices and boil until soft then blend. Otherwise, I love it roasted and mixed into things. When I roast it, I cube it and mix it in a bowl with smoked paprika and olive oil then cook for 20-25 mins at 200°C. Yesterday I…

Most definitely agree. The friends aspect of MFP is the best way to keep going when you're feeling down and discouraged.

I'm 5'8 (5'9 with my hair!) and weigh 155lb, 17.6% BF (apparently). Most of my weight is around the belly, aiming to lose body fat and gain muscle now.
