I call this one Elvis oatmeal one serving oatmeal 150 calories one tbl peanut butter 95 calories one medium banana 105 calories total 350 calories I just cook the oatmeal and place in bowl and top with sliced banana and then add the peanut butter

Hello, have your tried chair aerobics. Sounds silly I know but they do it for seniors at nursing homes.

Yeah, wear higher wasted pants. Sorry but I don't get all these over weight ladies (I am one too) wearing low riders. I have never had muffin top because I refuse to wear them. People should dress for their body size and shape and not what they think they want to look like.

Bananas Multi grain or honey nut cheerios, I like to eat them dry in the evening while watching tv. Some bad habits never die, they just change Coffee Strawberries soup, I make my own. I have 4 recipes that I cycle through.

This morning I had a marinated baked chicken breast that I cooked last night. I ate it cold and I have a roma tomato and half a cucumber with it. Other days I have two eggs with two turkey sausage link and just scramble it all together.

This is what I like to do, cook a low fat hamburger patty, season it to taste with what ever you like Top it with a few slices of tomato then a spoon of cottage cheese. It's very yummy. :)
