Often I will look up the calorie count on the internet; for example spaghetti sauce 1/2 cup serving. I will get the count from 5 different sites, then I average it and use that calorie count.

The only swap I have ever done is when I make ranch dip I swapped sour cream for non fat plain greek yogurt. Oh nope not true ground turkey for ground hamburger. Other wise I just count my calories and exercise. It's all about moderation and moving.

No sorry, add up the calorie of both boxes unpreparred with the calories of the 1 pound meat and then divide that by how many portions you will be serving. If everyone eats a different amount then that is not possible. What I do is I actually measure how many cups the whole dish is and then divide the total calorie count…

I have fibromyalgia and I have tried a few things and walking seems to be the best fit for me to keep the pain at a minimum. I walk at least 3 miles a day. Often I will do more, about 5-6 miles.
