Anything towards your goal is a success story. If you're doing it and you feel good and you're happy, even if you've only lost a pound or so, that's success in my eyes.

I've only really got a facial picture, I still feel awkward taking pictures of myself but 146lbs in around 15 months

Right now I've been able to pack it up from 1200 to 1562, still with 628 calories to spare. I'm going shopping after work to try and find things I can use over the next few days so I can plan ahead and hit my calorie goals so all of your suggestions are really appreciated.

Thanks for the advice :) As I say, if I do have a weight watchers chocolate bar or something it's extremely rare. Fruit tends to be my go-to now, but I suppose I could always add a regular chocolate bar if it will benefit me? I was just under the assumption that going completely cold turkey with it all would help. My…

I've been doing C25K for two months. I've had to keep running week four for quite a while because my fitness levels just aren't there yet, but doing it with weights and a diet overhauls I've lost 21lbs.
