I started with Turbo Jam and started Turbo Fire today. I'm not doing the prep schedule. My body was ready after starting with TJ. I will say TF is much much harder than TJ. The pace is insane!! The cool thing about insanity is you do what you can and build from there! Insanity has lots of high impact plyo, cardio, strength... very little down time. I'm not sure how the compare to JM vids but never be too scared to try :)

I can't wait to start it!! I'm doing Turbo Jam Max now. Currently doing the 4 week advanced schedule and then I'm going to start Turbo Fire. I chose to do TJM first because it teaches you the basic movements she uses in all her Turbo Jam videos and Turbo Fire.

I can definitely see a difference in the last few pics... your waist is getting smaller and the "muffin top" (I hate that expression lol) is gone :)

I agree with those posting about fat loss and muscle tone. When my scales don't budge... my measuring tape usually does!
