From the many different credible sources it takes about three days for your body to go into starvation mode.0

We can't see your diary so its hard to make an informed suggestion. What kinds of foods have you replaced your fast food with? It would help to know this so you can get a good answer!0

I lost 50 pounds 10 years ago. I remember weighing 120 and I wanted to break into the teens (119, 118, etc) so badly, so I started eating 700 calories a day and 600 calories a day along with running 4-5 miles and I couldn't lose a thing! I then joined weight watchers (which I no longer do b/c myfitnesspal is free) and they stressed the importance of eating ALL my points and sure enough - I lost the last five pounds. My advice! Peanut butter and jelly sandwhiches! They will pack a healthy 400+calories! And they are sweet and satisfying. Don't eat less than 1200/day!
Good luck.....after having 3 kids, I am now 180....ugh0 -
Have you looked into meal replacement or protein shakes ? Some of those are high in vitamins and minerals that you may be lacking. One that I HIGHLY recommend is Shakeology. Its only 150 calories per scoop but you can add anything you want to it The catch phrase is that it's like going to the salad bar with 7 plates HAHA ! Also I know Ensure is calorie and nutrition heavy. Possible if you try these as snacks instead of meals they could be beneficial0

Eat higher-calorie, healthy foods like raw nuts (almonds, walnuts are best), avacodo, olive oil and natural peanut butter.0

I think you know your body best they say to eat a minimum of 1200 cals a day not sure if thats a fact based number or not just think of this if you force yourself to eat when you are not hungry then you are probably going to make yourself sick and then most of the cals you have eaten that day are gone too so you are worse off. small changes to up your cals could be a simple as swapping one piece of fruit for a glass of fruit juice or using full milk instead of skim x0
