I work overnights from 11 to 7 all the time so I don't have to adjust back and forth, except on my days off. I keep myself busy on my days off even though I am sometimes exhausted. i'm an overnight stocker( 11pm to 7am) and I also log midnight to midnight. I also make sure I eat 2 snacks during the night so I am not so hungry when I get home.
