I like most healthy foods including most veggies, kale, swiss chard, etc. My hate list: Bananas Raw Onions (spring onions are good though) Hummus organ meats lamb, pork fried eggs, poached eggs, any egg that's not fully cooked (I don't get the obsession with these either, people put them on everything.)

You need to start by filling in your food diary. Every meal, every day, everything you eat (not quick cals, but actually look up the foods) and log the exercise too.
