I started a C25K three months ago at over 300 pounds and just finished my 5K race last week at around 290. Completed it in 32 minutes. Anyone can do it, start slow and follow the program, learn how to breath also that helps a ton.

Missed the main point, but no one really see it, once and a while if I wear a t-shirt with shorter than normal sleeves it sticks out but no one has ever said anything.

I have used it for about 6 months and really liked it. I think it overestimates by maybe 500 calories. But I have developed a rash where I wear it that hasn't gone away for close to 2 weeks. I may be moving to a fitbit.

I use ismoothrun, can export to runkeeper. It can track indoor runs which I use all the time. Our park distrist has an indoor track.

Yep that is the one I am following but I use ismoothrun for tracking so I just enter the workout in that app before I run.

Did W8D2 today and felt great! Sunday will finsh the program by running a whole 5K. Hopeful to finish in under 33 minutes.

I drink about 210-300oz a day, if I run or do a bunch of cardio I try to get closer ro 300 than 200. Lots of bathroom breaks.

As many have said before slow down and also work on your breathing. I am on week six and have been doing it inside on a track, I really struggled with week 2 until I working on being a belly breather vs a chest breather.
