I would say bring snacks, and also try eating oatmeal at night. That usually helps alot.

Hey you, we all start somewhere, add me as a friend so we can encourage eachother. My advise is to log your food even on bad days, track all walking even shopping as exercise, weigh in only once a week, and add as many friends as you can.. Try a join a group.

Well good for you I just started last week, and I had tried it a year ago, and Im back. I think it is a great tool. My goals that help keep me on track, is replying to at least 2 people everyday, and also adding as many friends as I can. This helps you stay motivated and on track.

I have found that the bigger the breakfast the more weight I lose. A 455-500 calorie well balanced breakfast. I almost cant move after, but it works wonders. 1/2 bananna, 1/2 cup of oatmeal, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1 hard boiled egg on a sandwhich thin. Hey I am right there with you. I have lost 5lbs so far, and weigh 233. I sarted on Jan 18. It seem slow but I am already feeling stronger. Good Luck
