I'm in though I am not going to be exercising for a few days until the cough gets under control and the muscle aches subside. I swear I'm never complaining about sore muscles after exercising again after I get better. I can still make goal since I usually exercise for about an hour daily.0

Im in.. this is a kind of challenge that I am up for! I am starting tomorrow, so a couple days late. Hopefully I can manage it. Normally I get in 35 min workouts 4 times a week, only time I have in between jobs. So it will be a challenge for me to get something in in the evening as well. I play socer about 2 times a week. This is that extra motivation I need to step it up a notch for January0

im in....i know i've walked @ least an hour during the first couple of days i've been @ my aunts...so i'll upload my bodybugg info and it will tell me how many fitness mins i've done...i'm also going to do marathon exercising today because i made up a plan for me to do this week..i'm going to do several workout vids and do @ least 15000 steps...i know i've walked a few steps the past couple of days but i made a goal of doing 5000 steps a day and i know i haven't done 5000 steps a day yet..lol0

All we would need is the person's Name, and how long they have already exercised, and how much more time they need to make it to 24 hours!

Took the weekend off due to really cold weather outside, and the gym being closed. Tried to make up for it today! 30 mins on the treadmill and an hour long combat class at the gym. 90 minutes total.0

love this idea! my hub that used to train everyday at gym told me i need 21 days in a row of sometime of workout everyday to get you used to a daily routine, not sure if its true but sounds good to me GOOD LUCK TO ALL0
