Hi.
Hope I'm not to late to start. This sounds like fun and just the motivation I need to make sure I exercise as much as possible.
Ok so far for January -
1st - 0
2nd - 0
3rd - 30 mins on Cross Trainer, 15 mins weights
4th - 1 hour Zumba
5th - 0
6th - 1 hour Body Attack
7th - 45 mins Body Conditioning & 20 mins Zumba Abs
So so far for January 3 hours 50 minutes. That's pretty good if I do say so myself :laugh: I also plan to go to the gym for an hour on Sunday but I'll update that on Sunday.

If everyone would send me a "email" message with their times, either daily or weekly (whatever is easiest for you), I will put together the running totals and post them here every Monday morning for the week before.

I've had a lazy day today - worked this morning and then visited my parents tonight. Was working out how to get to 24 hours of exercise done in January. I'll need to to better that I have done this week so far. I will be going to the gym tomorrow and maybe I'll even throw in some Just Dancing on the Wii or maybe some Zumba.
I'm planning my workout days as we speak.
