    Hi.
    Hope I'm not to late to start. This sounds like fun and just the motivation I need to make sure I exercise as much as possible.
    Ok so far for January -

    1st - 0
    2nd - 0
    3rd - 30 mins on Cross Trainer, 15 mins weights
    4th - 1 hour Zumba
    5th - 0
    6th - 1 hour Body Attack
    7th - 45 mins Body Conditioning & 20 mins Zumba Abs

    So so far for January 3 hours 50 minutes. That's pretty good if I do say so myself :laugh: I also plan to go to the gym for an hour on Sunday but I'll update that on Sunday.

    PoshTaush, I will prepare our chart of times.

    If everyone would send me a "email" message with their times, either daily or weekly (whatever is easiest for you), I will put together the running totals and post them here every Monday morning for the week before.

    Oh FitMiss do you want my workout details e-mailed to you or will you take them off of my post? I don't have a problem e-mailing you at the end of a week if that helps?

    Just started on my new health plan on Saturday.
    1/3 walking 40 min
    1/4 walking 40 mins
    1/5 walking 30 mins
    1/6 walking 40 mins
    1/7 walking 35 mins
    185 mins = 3 hrs down 21 hrs to go
    will kick it, now that I have a specific goal

    Went to Crystal Mt. Today to snowboard and did about 3 1/2 hours so I'm at 6 1/2 hours for the year! Woo hoo!

    Just figured out that 4.5 hrs per week is NOT going to make me have 24 for the month! Hmmmm. I did miss the New Years weekend, but I'm really going to have to pick up the pace! Here's to a great weekend, everyone!!!

    I've had a lazy day today - worked this morning and then visited my parents tonight. Was working out how to get to 24 hours of exercise done in January. I'll need to to better that I have done this week so far. I will be going to the gym tomorrow and maybe I'll even throw in some Just Dancing on the Wii or maybe some Zumba.
    I'm planning my workout days as we speak.

    Evening everyone.

    Here's an update on my exercise over the weekend.

    8th - 0
    9th - 1 hr 10 mins Wii Dance & 1 hr Zumba.

    6 hours so far.... Hopefully the scales will reflect my good week tomorrow morning!!!

    I'm so far behind everyone else. Hopefully by this time next week we will have joined a gym again. I'd like to get some racquetball in again. I don't have a place to do the couple of DVD's I have. I really need to get motivated!! I'm hoping to get in the garage later to do something. I'll update you later with my total. (It won't be pretty!)
