This is such a good challenge for me. Because its hard. For the last few years, I've been an interval girl (running and weights)...which means my workouts rarely top 25 minutes. So, for this challenge, I'm doing traditional cardio and am up to doing about 40 minutes.
Its sort of fun to try something different! I'm up to 80 minutes so far. I'm not sure I'll make it, but I am sure going to try!0 -
Count me in! Sounds like it will help me with my goals!0
-
I am at 2 hours and 10 minutes as of tonight!0
-
I would love to join!
I did 30 minutes of wii sports boxing on the 1st,
90 minutes of walking (and jogging for the first work out of couch to 5k!) on the 2nd,
and 25 minutes of walking and 22 minutes of 30 Day Shred on the 3rd!
Some days less than an hour, but some days more. So far I'm at 167 minutes or 2 and 47 minutes, just under an hour a day average!0 -

Awesome!!!
I'm about to go to the gym. I might branch out today and do some of the strength training machines. I usually do just the cardio machines because I don't have a lot of time at the gym (a 2 year old, 1 year old, and newborn will do that to you lol). So maybe some circuit machines today.
How do you guys count calories for doing the circuit machines at the gym? Or do you count it as strength training only?
I don't usually eat my exercise calories (unless I'm hungry) so I guess it doesn't really matter.0 -
i'm aiming for 360 minutes of exercise a week which is 6 days so i guess i'm kinda already doing this on another thread but the more i involve myself with groups/challenges/goals the better for me to keep on moving....
