    i'm aiming for 360 minutes of exercise a week which is 6 days so i guess i'm kinda already doing this on another thread but the more i involve myself with groups/challenges/goals the better for me to keep on moving....
    i'm in.....so far in january i have completed the following....

    01/01 - 45 mins - EA sports for wii
    01/02 - 120mins - 1 mile walk, playground w/kids, swimming w/kids, shooting hoops w/kids
    01/03 - 108mins - 2.26 mile walk @ lunch & 4 miles on TM @ Y
    01/04 - 133mins - 2.64 mile walk @ lunch & 5.75 miles on treadmill/watch biggest loser
    01/05 - 108mins - 2.33 mile walk @ lunch, spinning & wts @ Y

    1440 mins (24 hrs)
    514 mins (8.57 hrs) - Completed
    926 mins (15.44 hrs) - Remaining

    8 pounds lighter since the beginning of this challenge, and feeling great.
    From 270 to 262 pounds.

    Thanks for the motivation and challenge. I'll be reporting my minutes on the 8th.

    that puts me at 3hrs.

    Gonna have to do some long walks to catch up.

    Jan. 1: 121 minutes (Biggest Loser Wii workout and dancing around kitchen like an idiot) - 1369 calories burned
    Jan. 2: 106 minutes (Biggest Loser Wii workout and various wii/kinect games including boxing and dancing) - 1093 calories burned
    Jan. 3: 48 minutes (Biggest Loser Wii workout) - 478 calories
    Jan. 4: 38 minutes (2 Mile Walk-At-Home video) - 389 calories
    Jan. 5: 50 minutes (Biggest Loser Wii workout) - 515 calories
    Jan. 6: 42 minutes (Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout video and 1-mile Walk-At-Home video)

    Total: 6.75 hours (405 out of 1440)

    Jan. 1:
    Jan. 2: joinged the challenge in the evening
    Jan 3: 30 min run on treadmill
    Jan. 4: 30 mins on elliptical
    Jan. 5: 44 mins of soccer game
    Jan. 6: 33 min run on treadmill

    Total: 2 hrs 17 mins (137 out of 1440)

    I need to really step it up if I want to reach that many hours, and thats why I joined this challenge - This weekend I'll have to get longer workouts in and next week after work I must workout

    Morning everyone!! Sorry I've been a little MIA this week. How is everyone doing with the challenge?

    24 Hours of Exercise - Week 1 (Jan 1st-Jan 7th)

    Sat: 0
    Sun: 25 minutes (Weights)
    Mon: 1 hour, 50 minutes (treadmill and stationary bike)
    Tues: 55 minutes (Weights and stationary bike)
    Wed: 62 minutes (kickboxing and stationary bike)
    Thurs: 25 minutes (Weights)
    Fri: 40 minutes (stationary bike)

    Total: 262 minutes
    Time to Go: 1,178 minutes
    Goal: 1,440 minutes (24 hours)

    I'll put the chart for us together on Sunday, so if everyone can message me with their times between now and then, that would be awesome!

    3:27 so far! :) I'll post after the gym tonight.

    If my heal spur and the resolutioners allow it, I'm going to try to get around 7.5 miles in today. Should get me near 2 hours.

    Not sure if you guys are intersted, but this might make it a bit easier and fun. I did a '50 runs in 50 day' challenge and we used a google document to track everything (search google docs). It is free and one person can create it and invite the rest or just post the website address on the forum. Then, everyone can post their times as well as see everyone elses in real time. 50 people can be adding to the document at the same time on different computers. It's really cool to see what everyone is doing and it really motivated me to keep up!

    January 7th update - just did 45 minutes on the stationary bike for a total of 95 minutes today. Woohoo!
