    I got 6+ hours in since I started this challenge.........each hour has been 5 miles at 5 mph......lots of cardio......plus doing crunches and wall push ups..........18 hrs. to go....hmmm......hope I make it!

  • Well, the friends that I have randomly found, seem to do a lot of card. In fact everyday 90 minutes of biking, running, swimming, elliptical. When I go to the gym or out the door, I can not wait to do my acrid and enter it into MFP. Befriend me and keep me honest - ooh nooo

    10th - 1 hrs Zumba and 20 mins Wii Dance (I forgot to put this in yesterday, whoops!)
    11th - 1 hr Zumba and 40 Wii Dance for today.
