totally rocked this challenge in 18 days...have only taken 2 days off so far but i made my 24hrs in 16 days.....wonder what the next 13 days will hold....thanks for starting this thread...it has pushed me harder to move my *kitten* and keep these losses going....thanks again and good luck to everyone striving to make their goals this month...

I couldn't agree with you more. Prior to accepting this challenge I had resolved to just follow the Turbo Fire/Chalean Extreme hybrid schedule and a lot of their workouts do not equate to an hour so it would have been really difficult to accomplish 24 hours in one month. However, I decided to add on whenever possible to get an hour a day.
Great job everyone. I'm really glad to see so many ppl stick with the challenge and on track to complete it.0 -
