    How's everyone's week going?
    Exercise so far this week

    9th - 1 hr 10 mins Wii Dance & 1 hr Zumba
    10th - 1 hrs Zumba and 20 mins Wii Dance (I forgot to put this in yesterday, whoops!)
    11th - 1 hr Zumba and 40 Wii Dance for today.
    12th - 0
    13th - 1 hr Body Attack.

    10 hours in total so far for the month this week.

    I started yesterday. ok so today I did 30mi of walking on the treadmill
