  • I almost always have the same thing. 2 slices (mostly one) of White Whole Wheat Bread, Smart Balance Omega Creamy peanut butter (2 teaspoons), and 1 tablespoon of Smuckers Reduced Grape Jelly. And Water. That is my lunch. Lunch is my "main meal" in some ways....so that's when I throw the bread in.
