I just had the biggest workout thus far, ate good and I have a little over 1,000 calories and tons of carbs left! I WISH I COULD USE THEM ON A BIG PLATE OF FRENCH FRIES......NOT!

I do the same!!!Today i had my alloted calories of 1560 exersise calories of 408 total 1968. I have already had my breakfast,lunch, dinner and some snacks and i have 665 left:grumble:0

Or the chocolate chip cookies that I'm making my roomates, I'm such a good roomate lol But I know I'll feel sick if I eat a bunch which is probably how you'd feel with fries. My favorite to have when I have lots of calories is chicken tacos with whole wheat tortillas, tomatoes, lettuce, avocado, the works! :happy:
