UGH! DANG EXERCISE CALORIES
I just had the biggest workout thus far, ate good and I have a little over 1,000 calories and tons of carbs left! I WISH I COULD USE THEM ON A BIG PLATE OF FRENCH FRIES......NOT! :grumble:

Weigh in vs. Inches ???
I am so afraid of the scale. It never moves it seems, better yet, gets worse at times. As you can see below, my ticker does not move. I'm told it's inches that matter. Someone please help!!!! I know this is about "Fitness" So does weighing in really matter?? How do I do this!!! UGH :sad:

Stationary Bicycling and doubling up in 1 day.
I bought a stationary bike. I ride it vigorously for 30 minutes and burn about 325 calories in 30 minutes. Will it hurt me if I double up on my exercising? I want to eat something that would go over my calories if I don't. If so, can this be done even if it's not to eat something a bit fattening? Thanks.

What are good fat burning veggies and fruits?
I know that some are better then others. Since I'm not a meat eater or seafood eater (not a vegan either)....just curious Also...what are the ramifications of having too much protein?

How often do you allow yourself a "free" day?
I love hamburgers and french fries and potato chips. I eat very well all week and exercise. But I want to cheat 2x a week. Is that ok? What's your suggestion and generally what's a good "cheat" for you?

I introduced my husband to MFP and guess who did the best?
HE DID! Ugh! He lost 25 pounds. Me? 1 pound. Guess who prepared all the healthy foods? Wiped out the entire kitchen and replenished with healthy foods? ME! I'm happy for him.

Can I go over my carbs a little?
I don't have many carbs left. Lots of calories and fat though. I ate healthy carbs today. So, will it hurt if I eat over my carb count but it remain healthy?

What's the "norm" for those gaining weight during their 1st
I gained weight in the first 2 weeks. I know that's accurate, I have read about the changes in metablism/muscle gain, etc. But I actually gained 12 pounds in 2 weeks. I'm doing a LOT of cardio bu riding bikes at the fastest pace I can 3 miles every other day. The other days I do strength work. I give my body 1 day of rest.

I'm trying to spread my caloric intake out. But, I need to also know what is a healthy balanced meal. I don't really like meat. I avoid it.
