I'm trying to spread my caloric intake out. But, I need to also know what is a healthy balanced meal. I don't really like meat. I avoid it. The only meat I will eat is one of those slivery hamburgers in a happy meal and McDonalds. I don't eat seafood, chicken, red meat...nothing......I love veggies, but they don't fill me up. So can someone direct me or please give me a meal plan to spread out meals without meat and it sill be nutritious and balanced???????????????????????????????????????/
BTW....the 50 pounds I'm trying to lose is because of the breads/potatoes that I used to eat. Oh and Sour Cream! LOVE EM!

I make crock pot dishes with beans and brown rice. I aliquot them out into 1 cup portions, some of which I freeze and some I leave in the fridge. They are very filling, they have a lot of fiber and the beans also have good carbs & protein. Lately I also really like toasted pita bread with either hummus or cottage cheese.
