i dont' know where you live but around here Boca Burgers are in frozen food aisle in every supermarket. I love them, especially the "flame grilled" kind. They are 90 cal a patty and taste close enough to hamburger that I don't even miss real meat!

well, I don't know what a "soy burger is" but boca burgers are made of soy!
  • Yea you can get Boca Burgers and portabella burgers at both Jewel and walmart and also dominicks. They are in the frozen food section and also if you'd like to look. Go towards the organic fresh veggies isle in Jewel to find vegetarian friendly taco meat and sausage patties and hotdogs and whatnot. You can make just about anything with these soy and healthy alternatives and believe me you cannot taste the difference!

I eat Boca Burgers (made from soy) and they are at Copps, Pick N Save, Festival, and my local health food store.

They are definitely good for you. Just make sure you are eating some non-processed food in your diet too, like fruits and veggies.

Hi there, you might want to look in the frozen section for 'meatless' patties. I'm in Canada, and I know Money's Mushrooms has an amazingly delicious one. You might even try making some of your own...when I was a vegan I used to make a batch up and then freeze them for use later. The chickpea ones are very good:
